Sweetheart Lilac
(Syringa x hyacinthiflora 'Sweetheart')
Is considered the most fragrant lilac in the world, and more heat tolerant then many others. Introduced in 1953 by Clarke.

An added bonus, as the double blooms mature they cast their petals freely on the surrounding garden floor or pavement displaying another lovely view.

A medium pace grower, and under ideal conditions has a life expectancy of 30 years or more.

Syringa x hyacinthiflora 'Sweetheart'
This hybrid flowers two or three weeks earlier kicking off the Lilac season for all.
Fragrant blooms open from purple hue buds displaying soft pink & white hue double flower clusters.
Enjoy their fragrance in the garden or as a cut flower in bouquets.
Excellent for Accent, Boarder, Hedges, Mass Plantings, Privacy Screen, Cut Flowers, and general landscape/garden use.
